How orders ship — tracked, sealed, free over $200.
Every Peptides Maxxing order leaves the supplier with the vials sealed under nitrogen, the lot-specific certificate of analysis tucked into the box, and the package tagged with a tracked courier label. Most US destinations see delivery inside three to five business days; any order over $200 clears the threshold for free shipping with no code required. Dispatch is fast — vials normally leave the warehouse inside one business day of the order, and tracking lands in your inbox as soon as the label generates. On arrival, refrigerate vials for short-term storage or freeze them for longer holds; compound-specific notes live on the individual product pages.

Typical delivery windows
Our partner supplier ships via tracked international courier. The figures below are typical, not guaranteed — the supplier's checkout shows the authoritative per-order estimate.
| Destination | Typical transit | Tracking |
|---|---|---|
| US continental | 3–5 business days | Full tracking |
| US outlying (AK, HI, PR) | 5–8 business days | Full tracking |
| Canada | 5–10 business days | Full tracking |
| Other international | 7–14 business days | Where courier offers it |
Carrier delays, customs holds, and weather events occasionally extend transit.
$200+ ships free, automatically
Free shipping applies at checkout once the cart total reaches $200. There's no code to enter. If your cart is under $200, a flat shipping rate applies — the supplier's checkout displays the exact figure before payment.
Easy ways to cross $200:
- Any Retatrutide or Tirzepatide size of 15 mg or larger.
- A GH blend vial plus BPC-157 plus a bottle of bacteriostatic water.
- Any pre-built stack — they're priced to clear the threshold.
What's in the box
The vial
Sealed, nitrogen-capped glass vial with your lyophilized peptide (or pre-dissolved solution for liquid products). Room-temperature stable in transit; refrigerate or freeze on arrival per product-page guidance.
The certificate
Original certificate of analysis for that specific lot: HPLC purity figure, peptide content, lot number, and test date. A digital copy is available from the supplier using your order number.
Discreet outer packaging
Plain outer box with no peptide branding on the exterior. The shipping label uses the supplier's generic business name. Product names are not printed anywhere outside the package.
No bacteriostatic water included
Lyophilized vials ship without the reconstitution solvent. Most first-time buyers add a 30 mL bottle of bacteriostatic water to their first order — it covers 2–4 vial reconstitutions.
Customs is the recipient's responsibility
US orders under the de minimis threshold generally pass through without customs fees. Orders above that threshold, or shipping to countries with different import rules, may incur customs charges collected by the courier on delivery. The supplier provides standard customs documentation (commercial invoice, HS code, declared value) with every international shipment.
Photograph first, then contact the supplier
If a package arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and vial before opening further, then contact the supplier with your order number and the photos. Damaged- on-arrival vials are typically replaced at no cost. If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, contact the supplier — most "lost" packages turn out to be stuck at a sort facility.
Returns are handled by the supplier
Unopened, sealed vials
In original packaging are typically eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or reconstituted vials
Cannot be returned — once the nitrogen seal breaks, lot integrity can't be guaranteed, and the supplier won't resell.
Damaged-on-arrival
Replaced at no cost after the supplier reviews your photos.
Start a return by contacting the supplier directly with your order number — their checkout-confirmation email includes the contact. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days from their receipt of the returned shipment.
What to do when the package lands
Sealed lyophilized vials
Freeze at −20°C. Stable for 24+ months sealed. Room-temperature tolerant in transit but freeze long-term.
Reconstituted vials
Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Use within 28 days. Never freeze-thaw — peptide degradation is significant.
Pre-dissolved liquids
Refrigerate on arrival. Already in solution. Use within the product-page shelf life; typically 6–12 weeks at 2–8°C.
Each product page has a specific storage note — the figures above are general defaults.
